Set on the edge of the South Downs, approximately 5 miles from Brighton city centre, the modern Falmer campus is set in picturesque surroundings with beautiful views over the Sussex countryside.

A £9m sports complex contains a state-of-the-art sports hall, a fitness suite, 2 activity studios, and a range of indoor and outdoor pitches. Our neighbours, Brighton & Hove Albion, offer a unique experience: come and watch a Premier League football match at Falmer campus! The campus is easy to reach via the A27, and benefits from excellent transport links. A 24-hour bus service connects the campus with Brighton city centre, Hove and Lewes, while trains from Falmer Station link to London and Gatwick Airport via Brighton. Falmer campus hosts modern meeting facilities in the Checkland building, the Watson building and Westlain House. 30 seminar rooms are supplemented with four large lecture theatres with seating capacities of between 100 and 277, making the site ideal for residential conferences and events. Falmer’s halls of residence provide comfortable and affordable accommodation, offering a selection of en suite and standard rooms with communal kitchen and lounge areas.
